Homemade Pizookie

Ever eaten at BJ's? They have an extra-ordinary dessert called a Pizookie. Looks easy enough to make at home using off-the-shelf cookie recipes or one from scratch. Any flavor will do. For the above pic, peanut butter cookie is used.

So simple, that not trying is not an option. You only have to do the following:

• preheat oven to 400 deg F
• mix the cookie dough
• press them into an cast-iron skillet or cake pan
• bake for 15-20 minutes

Let cool for 5 minutes and serve with ice cream while still warm. Serve out of the skillet or onto a plate.
